No Good Deed...

I so rarely block a caller it's actually a big deal when it happens. I always try to do whatever it takes to make callers happy because I appreciate them choosing me to spend time with. Yep, he did and once again it was unrealistic for 10 minutes. It'd end up being close to 45minutes long actually. By the time I logged on and got his outline, he'd already emailed 6 other times wanting to know why it wasn't done yet.
