So tonight I finally had enough with a certain caller's unrealistic demands and blocked him. About a month ago he contacted me wanting a 10 minute recording created and when I told him I'd do it it seemed like I opened a floodgate. Email after email after email with more and more details he wanted included. Personally, I love knowing what's going to make a recording the hit all the right spots on a listener so great. But then it got to where I literally had over 30 pages of demands for a 10 minute recording. There's NO WAY that's remotely possible but eh, I did what I could of the "MUST HAVES" he told me needed to be in it. The recording ended up way longer than 10 minutes, but I couldn't cut it down anymore. I sent him the recording and only charged him for the 10 minutes.
Yeah, no good deed goes unpunished because instead of even thanking me for giving him a longer recording he started telling me how it wasn't what we agreed to and I needed to do it again. Fine, I redid it and sent him another recording. THREE GODDAMN SCREENS OF COMPLAINTS LATER he accepted the recording.
He contacted me again wanting me to redo the recording so I asked him to send me a script or outline of what exactly he wanted & to keep in mind the time constraints he set. Yep, he did and once again it was unrealistic for 10 minutes. It'd end up being close to 45minutes long actually. By the time I logged on and got his outline, he'd already emailed 6 other times wanting to know why it wasn't done yet.
Whatever, I blocked him because there's no way I could ever make him happy and I know he's going to want me to redo it AGAIN for free. Of course he had to slam me in feedback (see pic). That's a given because people like that always want to feel superior & like they got one over on you. But now, he's making NEW accounts to pester me under. *sighs* Looks like it's a full moon & someone sprayed troll attractant on me.
